This was composed just after the death of George Floyd.
From the words of a dying man that shook the nation, to the ongoing sentiment of a country and a world long stifled under the mask of pandemic and isolation, "I can't breathe" is becoming a universal sentiment. This piece is a reflection that more than anything at this time, we all need to calm down, take a step back, remove the mask and take a breath of fresh air.
